Lack of support - everyone gone home ?

I have a support ticket open for nearly 2 weeks as a credit payment did not work. Credit card saw the payment but 48 account not credited. I was getting dialogue and was about to be sorted by them but have had no update since the 15th march . Is there anyone picking up the support tickets ?

 

My sister had a similar issue with buying a membership  a week ago  and has had no response to multiple tickets.
