I just joined 48 and bought some credit but I don't seem to have access to the Internet. I don't understand why my balance is showing € 0.01

You need to configure your internet settings

The 1c balance might be from verifying your registered card or it may just be how 48 start new accounts.
I wouldn't worry about it to be honest.
