International roaming- India

I am currently in India and i can only receive sms. I am unable to get calls although i have credits. Also i am not able to make calls nor i am able to send sms on international roaming from India.

48 don't support any services at all while roaming in India.

If you are receiving messages then they are probably iMessages arriving via wifi and not via the local phone network.
