The only way to do that is to disable auto-renewal temporarily, wait until your current membership plan expires, wait until the date that you want, buy your next plan manually on that date, and then reenable membership plan auto-renewal.
Membership plan auto-renewal will then operate on that day of the month thereafter.
But you may end up with no membership plan for a few days between when your membership plan expires and the date on which you manually buy your next membership plan.
