You mean go from the €12.99 to the €10.99 membership?

As far as I know you can't.

Once you have gone off the latter it is no longer available to buy.

If the €10.99 membership isn't available on your My48 account then you can't buy it.

That doesn't identify any membership that I'm aware of.

Anyway, whatever memberships are presented in your My48 account are the ones that you are eligible for.

Some memberships were only available in certain circumstances and to certain users at different times.
