I ported the number , 9.99 doesnt show but 12.99. Why?

After I activated the card . Ported the number to 48 . Try to buy the plan but guess what ? Only option available straight 12.99 instead if 9.99 that is widely promoted until 1st November . Today is 15 October . Why cant I buy the 9.99 plan as advertised ? What I fo now losing the other month of credit because I chose ro port my number to 48 . This is so annoying and unfair

Are you sure that you qualify for the €3 discount off the €12.99 plan for 6 months offer?

If you do then if you go through the purchase process to the checkout does it then offer the €3 discount on your first plan purchase?

If not then you'll probably need to contact 48 support for assistance with this issue.
