How do I go about it.

There I see only one option. Purachase at another EU country and use it in Ireland.
Temporarily you may find Black Friday plans that are cheaper than 48.ie
Unless you want to rotate every three months, you already found good value at 48.ie.

If there's only one option then that's the only one available to you. 

I don't understand what this means or refers to:
