You'll need to post a bit more information than that if you want assistance from the Community Forum.

What do you mean by "I cat get plan"? Did you mean "can't"?

What exactly do you mean by "unable to get plan activated"?

When you buy a plan it should start working once the currently active plan eventually expires.

What exactly have you tried? 

When were you last able to successfully buy and use a membership plan? 

What does your My48 account dashboard say about your current membership plan status and expiry date?

What does your Transactions page say about your recent payment?

Does your Buy Plan page list any stacked upcoming membership plans?
