Hi all, I bought the membership and it's been debited from my bank account but not showing up on my account and if I try to make a call it says I don't have a membership?

What does your My48 account Dashboard say about your current membership status and expiration date?
What does your Transactions page say about recent payments?
Does your Buy Plan page list any upcoming memberships?
