Can't purchase membership - "bundle in progress"

Hi, my name is Dharma Sai and my number is 0831227182. Yesterday my sim port 3 to 48 after I faced an issue when I bought a plan this error message displayed (Sorry you are not allowed to purchase a membership, since you have a bundle in progress).

This is an issue that hits some customers from time to time for some reason.

You'll have to contact 48 support for assistance with this.
