How do i check if my sim is activated ??
I bought a plan but it didnt ask me for any other details about my previous provider etc ???/

If you have a connection to the 48 network (i.e. signal bars) and services (calls, texts, mobile data) are working then the SIM is activated.
Why did you think that it would ask about previous provider when buying a membership plan?
That only happens if you port a number from another provider to 48:

If the SIM wasn't activated then you'd have no connection to the 48 network and services wouldn't be working.
