How often do I need to buy a membership to keep my plan?

In 2021, there was a paragraph on this page that read as follow:

 

What if I don’t buy membership every month will I lose the 7.99 offer?

No we don’t roll like that, if you fancy a break from buying membership then you're free to take one. However if you don’t add membership for 6 months consecutively then you are at risk of your account going into suspension and after a further 6 months of inactivity the account will be deactivated due to non-use.

When I look for that now, I get a line that says that content has been archived. The current T&Cs mention:

"7.2 In addition to the circumstances set out in Section 7.1 above, we may suspend (i.e. bar), restrict or end the provision of the 48 Services (in total or in part) if you choose not to purchase top up credit or make a chargeable use in respect of your Account for a period of 6 months.

7.3 Where the 48 Services are suspended because you have chosen not to purchase top up credit or make a chargeable use in respect of your Account for a period of 6 months, we will remove any credit on your Account after a further 2 months and credit will not be recoverable. Your service will then remain suspended for a further 5 months and can be reconnected at any time during this period. When the suspension period ends your service will be disconnected, this agreement will end and your number will be immediately lost.

7.4 We will try and tell you when we suspend, restrict or end your use of the 48 Services but we are not required to."

but there's nothing specific about still having access to the €7.99 plan (e.g., it's possible that you'd be permitted to keep your number but you may be forced to switch to a more expensive plan).

Does anyone know for sure? Where on the 48.ie sites can I find this information?

You'll probably have to ask 48 support about this issue and how the terms and conditions pertain to the €7.99 plan specifically.

That's odd, I can still see them - maybe it depends on the browser (I'm using Firefox). Anyway, I'll try again.

I'll paste the text, just i case. If it disappears, it means it's been "censored".

My question:

"To keep access to the €7.99 membership, how often do I need to buy it?

A) Once every 6 months?
B) Once every 8 months?
C) Once every 13 months?"

The Agent's reply:

"As per the rules within 6 months, but we would recommend you to buy plan within every 5 months, so that even if you forgot then you will have a extra month to buy the plan."
