How long do I have to activate a new sim? I still have a plan with my current sim for 2 more weeks, so I am asking if I can wait to activate my sim till then or is there a time frame?

I don't think that there's any time limit.

But activating a replacement SIM will not impact your existing account/credit/membership/number in any case.

I don't see why you would wait until your current membership plan expires in order to activate a replacement SIM?
