I try to top up six to seven times in different times from my side top up going successfully but My 48 plan not going active. What should I do please thanks

What exactly do you mean by "going active"?

What exactly is/isn't working? 

Connection to the 48 network - i.e. signal bars?

Incoming/outgoing calls, incoming/outgoing texts, mobile data? 

When was everything working ok last?

What exactly do you mean by "top up"?

What did you buy? 

Membership plans, add-ons, or cash credit?

What does your My48 account dashboard say about your current membership plan status and expiry date?

What does your Transactions page say about your recent payments? 

Does your Buy Plan page list any upcoming plans?
