What exactly do you mean by "going active"?
What exactly is/isn't working?
Connection to the 48 network - i.e. signal bars?
Incoming/outgoing calls, incoming/outgoing texts, mobile data?
When was everything working ok last?
What exactly do you mean by "top up"?
What did you buy?
Membership plans, add-ons, or cash credit?
What does your My48 account dashboard say about your current membership plan status and expiry date?
What does your Transactions page say about your recent payments?
Does your Buy Plan page list any upcoming plans?

Again, you need to provide more information than that if you want assistance from the Community Forum.
You said that you had the same problem as the original poster ("plan not going active") but now you're saying "I have unlimited data plan ... is active". How is that the same problem?
Are calls and texts working ok?
When did mobile data work ok for you last?
What changed since then?
Are your APN settings configured correctly for mobile data to work?
