What carrd are you referring to that is frozen?

Your bank credit/debit card? 

Can't you unfreeze it via your online banking?

What payment Cards can I use?  

We accept Visa Credit, Visa Debit, MasterCard & Laser card. 

We don't accept American Express or Diners Club.
