What do you mean?

Auto-renewal of your membership is enabled but did not take place this month?

What does your online account say about your current membership status and expiry date?

What does your My History page say about recent payments/purchases?

Is auto-renewal of membership enabled?

Is your registered card still valid or was it reissued/changed recently?
