You mean cash credit?
Auto-renewal never uses cash credit, it always uses the registered payment card.
If auto-renewal failed then you'll need to buy your next membership plan manually before auto-renewal takes over again next time.
If you have €10.99 or more cash credit on your account then you can use it to pay for the own when you buy it manually.
