Flexi Data safe not adding saved data

Not for the first time (this must be at least the 6th) since I opened my account with 48, I try to carryover 5gb of data shortly after topping up - the data is deducted from my allotted amount, but the bank balance doesn't show the new total. Why is this happening and is anyone else having the same problem?

What do you mean by "bank balance"?

Flexi Data has nothing to do with your bank or payment card etc. 

If you're having problems with Flexi Data then you'll probably have to contact 48 support for assistance.

Just to note that if you use the €12.99 plan with unlimited data then the Flexi Data option effectively becomes moot since you can never run out of mobile data.

Apologies, by "Bank" I meant the Safe. My first port of call would have been 48's Support via the Chat function, but the prompt/button isn't appearing, for some reason. I'm on the €7.99 plan.

The chat never works for me either so I just use email.
