Error occurred after buying new plan

I have tried topping up my plan the money has been deducted from my bank account but still on 48 it says I have no plan activated and as soon as the money went out of my account the 48 page comes up an error has occurred anyone have similar issues

I am having the same issue and my husband is also
So currently neither of us have the use of a phone
It is absolutely terrible service
