Hi just got an email saying my plan increases from 7.99 to 10.99???

Is that the 7.99 not for life why the 48 saying moving my plan to either 10.99 / 12.99 as i only interest when it stays 7.99

What exactly does that email say?

There's nothing in the terms and conditions about any price change.

It could be a mistake and maybe related to the recent payment and membership auto-renewal problems:

My son is on the €7.99 plan and didn't get any email about any price increase.
