Credit

I topped up my phone by €9 about 20 minutes ago as there was already €1 credit on my phone. When I log into my account it is only showing the €1 credit however the €9 has come out of my bank account.

Does the top-up payment appear on your My History page?

No it does not show up in my history! Very strange as it’s in my bank statement!! I will contact 48 About this. Thanks for your help
