Just topped up bye 10€ and asked for my guido membership, got a text saying i have that and now have no calls texts or messages, whats going on.

My guess is that you have used up your current membership allowances but the membership has not yet expired.

In that case you need to buy add-ons to make further calls or send texts.

Buying a new membership does not help as it will simply stack to kick in when the current membership has run its full monthly course and expires.
