Hi,

Last night, bought the Guido plan, however I was billed twice and and received two plans but I only need and want one. Is there any way of getting reimbursed?

What does your My History page say about recent payments/topups/purchases?

Copy and past the last few transations if possible.

If you inadvertently purchased additional memberships or add-ons which have not yet started then you can contact 48 support and they should be able to refund/reverse the transaction.
