What does your My48 account dashboard say about your cash credit balance?
What does your Transactions page say about your recent payment?
What exactly do you mean by "how can I move it over"?
Do you mean how can you buy a monthly membership plan with it?
Are you sure that you understand the difference between monthly membership plans and cash credit on 48?
To buy stuff such as a monthly membership plan using your cash credit balance you just go through the normal purchasing process and choose cash credit instead of payment card at checkout.
The option to pay using your cash credit balance will only appear if your cash credit balance is at least as much as the item that you're trying to buy.
E.g. if you're trying to buy a €12.99 plan then you'll need to add another €3 to your cash credit balance for the option to pay using your cash credit balance to appear at checkout time.
