What Circle K voucher are you referring to?
There doesn't seem to be any current Circle K voucher offer run by 48 right now according to the terms and conditions:
When and how did you get the voucher?
Why did Circle K say that they couldn't take it?
Was it a Circle K Express station which don't take those vouchers.
As far as I know those vouchers also have a limited validity period so are you sure that it was still in date?
You might need to contact 48 support about this.
