I am already at 48 customer for a couple of years I’ve ordered a new Sim card and I have a new phone I just want to put in the new Sim card and change over to a new phone number how do I go about doing it to carry over my credit from my old Sim card

You'll probably need to clarify what exactly you are trying to do here.
It's not really clear from your post.
But it sounds like you maybe should have ordered a replacement SIM rather than a brand new SIM?
