What exactly do you mean by "post paid"?
If you mean something like bill pay, where you pay for services after you have used them, rather than prepay then that's not possible.
The only option with 48 is prepay whereby you buy membership for each month that you want to use services.
And you have to pay for membership up front/in advance.
