302 encryption error when trying to renew membership

I have tried to renew my membership with 2 days snd keep getting '302 encryption error' when trying to pay . I have been on to 5 Agents and still not resolved.

That's odd because 302 is not actually an encryption error:

I've never seen anybody report that error here before so I doubt that it's an issue at the 48 end.

Can you try a different browser and/or device in case that makes any difference?

Otherwise you'll probably just have to persist with trying to get assistance from 48 support.
