I want to change my log in details to a different email address. I'm trying to sign in on the app but can't remember the password since I don't use that account anymore

You'll have to contact 48 support if you can't login using your old email address.

Hi Dalyer. I know this post is from a few years ago but I have had no luck getting in touch with anyone from 48 and my query is similar to this persons. Is the chat a person or a bot?

I've found that it often doesn't appear on mobile but does on a computer for some reason.

I think it's a bot out of hours but a person during office hours.
