Hello Team, 

I am currently being Stalked and Harrassad by an individual and i have been advised by the police to change my number, is this something i can do online?

You'll probably need to contact 48 support to see if they can facilitate giving you a new 089 number. 

If not then you might need to just start from scratch with 48 using a new email address, account, SIM as you did when you originally joined.
