I cannot renew my plan. It doesn't matter if I try to buy credit first or attempt to buy a plan. It doesn't matter if I use my saved card, or try to add another card. Nor does trying to use a third card work.
I tried to set up an auto-renewal plan. Did that work? NO.
Buying a plan is impossible for me.
Why is this?

Any error messages?
Were you ever able to buy a membership plan with any of these cards?
You may need to check with your bank in case there are some issues with using the cards online or something.
And maybe also with 48 support in case they can assist.
