What exactly do you mean by "I want to cancel to remove my number back"?
That doesn't really make much sense.
If you mean that you want to leave 48 then see here:
If you want to port your number from 48 to another provider then you need to follow the other provider's number porting process.
If you're talking about something else then you'll need to explain more clearly and in more detail what it is that you want to do.
