48 don't support eSIMs at all.
I don't think that Revolut eSIMs have any interaction with any other carrier's setup.
Don't they work as a completely separate SIM with a separate phone number and/or data allowance etc.?
Presumably you can use your 48 physical SIM and your Revolut travel eSIM at the same time as long as your phone supports dial eSIM plus physical SIM use?
