Can’t use my credit to buy a plan

Hi i have 13 euro in credit on my account and it won’t let me pay for my 12.99 plan.

You mean it doesn't give you the option to pay using your cash credit balance at checkout time when you use this link? 

You should get that option once the amount of cash credit on your account is at least as much as the cost of the item that you're buying so in this case you should see it.

If you don't then you'll have to contact 48 support for assistance.

I just clicked on the link and it worked, wouldn’t work on my App.🙄

That's interesting.

Maybe the option doesn't appear on the app for some reason? 

A few other people have reported a similar issue and maybe it was also on the app rather than the website. 

I don't use the app at all myself due to previous issues with it and the fact that you can do practically everything on the website without the need for the app.

I just checked my account and I get the option to pay for stuff using my cash credit or my registered payment card on both the website and on the app.
