Recently I ported in to 48 mobile and was going to purchase 12.99 monthly subscription. But there is a hidden fee of 12.99 which is termed as activation fee. I did not like what they are advertising on website and what they are actually selling, so I decided to port back to other operator without purchasing the subscriptions.
However 48 is not allowing me to receive Port Out OTP so that I can go to other operator.
I'm going to complain to Comreg as I'm stuck for more than a week now, but not help.

The once-off activation fee is explained here:
This All Data* plan is only available to new 48 customers who order their 48 SIM and purchase an All Data* plan from the 5th April 2022. A one-time activation fee of €12.99 applies with the first plan purchase.
