Paid for credit to buy extra mobile calls. I saw that I had to pay for plan again to get them. I bought the plan and I still have no mobile calls.

What happens when you try to make a call?
Any error messages?
When were you last able to make calls ok?
What exactly do you mean by "no mobile"?
Do you have a connection to the 48 network - i.e. signal bars?
If not then if you do a manual search for networks can you see and connect to 48?
If you do have a connection then can you receive calls, send/receive texts, use mobile data?
What does your My48 account Dashboard say about your current membership plan status, expiry date and add-on balances?
What does your Transactions page say about your recent payments/purchases?
