Where and when do you get this message?
Is it all audio message when you try to make the call?
Or a text error message somewhere?
What is the exact error message?
Do you have an active membership?
Have you used up your membership data or other allowance balances?
Are you calling a regular Irish landline/mobile number or some other type of number?
Is the call a regular network call or something else like a WhatsApp or Skype call or something like that?
