Can't login - forgot email address and password

I cannot log my 13 year old in as he cannot remember his account email or password

Well you obviously need at least the email address in order to log in (after resetting the password if necessary).

You'll have to contact 48 support to see if they can help here but I would imagine that if you don't know and have access to the email address for the account then you might have to start afresh or something.
