What do you mean by REconnect?
What do you mean by connecting your phone to your SIM?
Did you mean connect your phone/SIM to the 48 network?
When did you last have 48 service on your phone?
When did it stop working?
Have you been roaming abroad recently?
If so does this help - the section titled "Returned Home?":
Any changes since it was last working?
Different handset, software update, settings changes, factory reset etc?
What networks do you see if you do a manual search?
Can you see and connect to 48?
