You'll need to provide a bit more information than that if you want assistance from the Community Forum.

And your post is confusing because the title says "can't do the payment" but the body says "can do the payment".

I presume that the former is correct?

What do you mean by "payment"?

Are you trying to buy a membership plan or something else such as add-ons or cash credit?

What happens when you try to buy a membership plan here: 

Any error messages? 

When were you last able to successfully buy a membership plan?

Is your payment card still valid, not frozen via your online banking, and there are sufficient funds in the account if it's a debit card?
