Hi there recently signed my nanna up with 48 need to buy her a monthly plan but the phone says bundle in progress even tho it hasn’t been bought yet what can we do to change this and buy her plan

This is a common problem for new joiners for some reason that has never been explained (or fixed!).
You'll have to contact 48 support for assistance with getting this fixed.
