Can't buy membership - "bundle in progress" error

Hi,I just joined 48 few days ago but I can't top up my account,it tells me "Sorry you are not allowed to purchase memberships, since you have a Bundle in progress" could you help me with this issue.thanks.

Unfortunately this happens from time to time to some users for reasons that have never been explained. 

You'll have to contact 48 support for assistance with this.
