Can I add another account to the 48 app

No. You need to log into the website or app separately for each SIM/number/account.

Every 48 SIM/account requires its own login via its own email address and password. 

Unlike some other providers 48 don't support group/family accounts for managing multiple SIMs/numbers via a single login.
