Hello, i paid for my membership but i am still unable to receive or place a call

What happens when you try to make a call?

Any error message?

What do others report when they try to call you?

Is this your first membership or did it work OK before?

Are you calling a regular Irish landline or mobile number or some other number?

What does your My48 account Dashboard say about your current membership status?

What does your Transactions page say about recent purchases?
