If you bought two membership plans by accident then the second one should be stacked on your Buy Plan page as an upcoming plan that will kick in after your current plan eventually expires so you don't lose out.
If you still want a refund then you'll need to contact 48 support about that as nobody here on the Community Forum can do anything about it.
