Hello, my active plan ran out. I’m trying to reactivate it but it keeps saying there is already a plan under way and won’t let me buy one.

You'll most likely need to contact 48 support about this.

It seems to happen to some users from time to time. 

I think that they'll need to look into it and fix it for you.
