Bought new membership but can't find it on my account

Hi, so are you paid for this month 3 days ago that it was supposed to renew today and it was supposed to when you automatically from the one I already paid and it was on the app but I can't find it. It doesn't show that I already paid and the new month has already gone from my bank account and I can't find the 12.99 I paid and it's already gone from my account 3 days ago so it was supposed to renew from the one I paid but it didn't and I can't find it

What does your My48 account Dashboard say about your current membership status and expiration date?

What does your Transactions page say about recent payments?

Does your Buy Plan page list any upcoming memberships?
