Bought membership plan and no service saying 2 cent credit in my bank app saying paid no phone now to make calls

Is this your first time buying membership or have you had one before with calls/texts/data working ok?
I presume that you're saying that you cannot make calls?
What do you mean by "no service"? Do you have a connection to the 48 network with signal bars? Can you receive calls, send receive texts, use mobile data?
What does your My48 account Dashboard say about your current membership status, allowance balances and expiry date?
What does your Transactions page say about the recent payment?
Does your Buy Plan page list any upcoming membership?
