I payed for the plan and it took my money away but I haven’t received the plan?

Maybe your current membership plan is still active and the new one has stacked on your account to kick in when the current one eventually expires?
What does your My48 account Dashboard say about your current membership status and expiry date?
Does your Buy Plan page list any upcoming membership plan?
What does your Transactions page say about recent purchases?
